Technology of comprehensive geological and geophysical data interpretation, exemplified by a UAV-assisted study in the Murmansk region

The inception of this study was the resolution of a production challenge involving interpretation constructions using a complex of geophysical and associated methods, performed with unmanned aerial vehicles and payloads manufactured by the Geoscan company of Russia. This paper explores methods to enhance the geological significance of interpretive recalculations within the complex of the anomalous magnetic field, the absolute height field of the digital elevation model, and the halftone field of photo anomalies in a multichannel remote sensing framework.

Russia completes first national successful CubeSat thruster trials

August 9 marks exactly one year since our first satellite, Geoscan-Edelveis, blasted off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome on its journey to the orbit. To celebrate the anniversary, we have completed the flight test program and successfully trialed the cold gas thruster for CubeSats in outer space – the first achievement of this kind in the Russian history.

Russia successfully sends satellites into orbit from CubeSat for the first time

StratoSat TK-1, a small spacecraft with six picosats designed by Geoscan and Stratonavtika, was recently launched into space. On 11 July, at 9:40 (Moscow time) the container successfully opened, with mini-satellites going on their own flight.
