In collaboration with the National Research University – Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod (NRU UNN), Geoscan has developed the first Geoscan 16U platform-based satellite as part of the Space-π educational project. The ‘Lobachevsky’ microsatellite will be the first 16U CubeSat device designed for agricultural and environmental research.

Today, on the 67th anniversary of the Earth's first artificial satellite launch, we are excited to announce the start of our new space campaign! In 2022, Geoscan-Edelveis delivered into orbit the names of everyone who wished to participate. This time, you can send not only your name but also an image into space.

Geoscan specialists have developed in-house high-speed radio transmitter device titled COMMX (for X-Band Communication). This new product enables data transmission from small spacecraft to Earth at data rate of up to 200 Mbps, using the 10.45 GHz amateur radio band.
